How UNDO® Works
UNDO® is a three-step, non-laser removal system designed to gradually bring unwanted pigment toward the skin's surface. The treatment begins with a specialized serum formulated to help loosen and lift embedded pigment. A clay mask is then applied to help draw out pigment brought to the surface. A healing mask completes the treatment and supports the skin's recovery.
As the area heals, some of the lifted pigment becomes contained within the natural scabbing and is released as the scabs shed.
The number of sessions required varies depending on the pigment's depth, color, saturation, age, and individual skin response
What to Expect

Photo Assessment
Send a clear, makeup-free photo so the color, shape, and saturation of the existing pigment can be evaluated. We'll contact you with our recommended treatment plan.

Consult & Treatment
On treatment day, we'll review your goals and determine whether the focus is complete removal or lightening the pigment enough for a future correction or cover-up.

Healing & Progress
The treated area will peel naturally as it heals. Some pigment may be released as the scabs shed. Once fully healed, we'll review your progress before moving forward with your next session.
