Brow Touch-Ups

Cosmetic tattoo pigments are formulated to soften and fade gradually over time. Pigment Retention varies depending on level of saturation, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and other individual factors. One initial touch-up, scheduled between six weeks - five months after the first appointment, is included with new-client brow procedures.
Maintenance touch-ups are available exclusively to existing Studio Masami clients and must be booked by text or email.

When to Return for a Maintenance Touch-Up
Maintenance touch-ups are best scheduled after the brows have noticeably softened. Refreshing the pigment too frequently or for minor adjustments can create excess saturation and unnecessarily overwork the skin. Allowing enough time for the color to fade helps preserve the skin and leaves room to refresh the shape and color.
As a general guide, if your brow shape is still visible and can be lightly enhanced with makeup, a touch-up may not yet be necessary. Once the shape becomes difficult to see or fill in, it may be time for a touch-up.

Touch-up appointments are reserved for existing Studio Masami clients and are not available to book online. Please contact us by text or email to request an appointment.

Consult & Procedure
We'll begin by reviewing your healed results and discussing any adjustments to the color or shape. When needed, the existing pigment will be toned before the brows are refreshed.

Healing
Your brows will initially appear darker and gradually soften as they heal. Refreshed results will generally last another two years or longer, depending on individual retention.
