Position Information

DESCRIPTION

Our Estheticians at Studio Masami provide personalized skin treatments with the Hydrafacial MD. They are also responsible for educating clients on the importance of maintaining healthy skin, self-promoting their services, & building long-lasting client relations.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission based position, the percentage ranges from 30 - 50% on services (sliding scale determined by the amounts of treatments performed each week), & 20% on retail sales.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Hawaii Esthetician license (additional training is not required, Hydrafacial trainings will be provided)
Great customer service & client relations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide esthetic services & follow treatment protocols
Assist clients with finding the most effective solutions & products for their skin
Checking in / out their clients, & maintaining client notes / records
Maintaining sanitary guidelines in the treatment room
- Properly cleaning & disinfecting tools / equipment / room after each service, completing end-of-the-day cleaning checklist
Self-promoting their services through social media
Staying up to date & educated on skincare products / ingredients, & treatments
Attending training seminars when available
